Defence

Nuclear

Construction, Crushing & Mining
Traditional methods of processing high strength and wear resistant materials for these sectors has been revolutionised, with our state of the art 24kW , 6m x 2m fibre laser.
Working with the new and aftermarket sectors, we not only laser process but can offer additional services including design for manufacture (also reverse engineering), pressing, welding and machining for all crushing and mining applications.
Architecture
Contemporary, architectural metal cladding is an ideal means of adding value in terms of appearance as well as performance to modern buildings. Here at Sheffield Technology, we can process all architectural metals, including Aluminium, Stainless Steel, and Weathering Steels. Supporting architects & designers with the opportunity for creativity and innovation.
Laser cut metal facade facilitates the design of intricate and unique patterns to be created on the metal exterior, giving individuality and striking visual effects, this technology enables architects to create complex images in metal panels with apertures that can manipulate light and shadows for great visual aesthetics. Laser-cut metal cladding will lead to unlimited creative designs on the exterior facades of buildings.

Sheffield Technology, operation from a 7.5 acre site in the heart of Sheffield, encompasses a materials processing bay, pressing, welding, and a dedicated stainless steel only bay. With experienced, highly skilled and multi-disciplined personnel, we currently have a robust audit schedule for quality accreditations.
We are happy to take on general engineering projects both large and small, in addition have multiple high capacity machines for turning, milling, boring, with all associated and applicable inspection procedures.
