Batch Fabrication
Here at the Darnall works site, we have a long tradition of producing bespoke and batch fabrication, to ensure plating and welding times are significantly reduced, by committing the required resources in to planning, combined with investment in jigs and fixtures, to guarantee uniformity of supply. We also apply weld sequencing to reduce stress and minimise distortion in the manufactured products.
We have vast experience with industrial clients, ranging from the defence, yellow goods and heavy automotive industries.
Automation, Cobots and Robots
One area of technology we have focused on is robot automation and the benefits this brings into the production cycle.
